Healthy Banana Pancakes

These pancakes are super tasty! They are healthy so are perfect if you are on a diet. The pancakes are perfect as breakfast because they give you energy for the whole day. You can make them as a snack as well

Ingredients

1 Banana

3 Tablespoons oatmeal

1 Egg

1 Tablespoon milk

Cinnamon

1. Take a blender and put the banana in pieces in it.

2. Put the oatmeal, the egg, the milk and the cinnamon in the blender.

3. Mix until smooth. You can add anything to your batter such as blueberries, strawberries and chocolate chips to make it tastier.

4. Take a pan and put some coconut butter (or other fat) into the pan so that the pancakes won't stick.

5. Put a little batter into the pan. Bake it over medium-high heat until the top is dry and then flip it and bake it until it is golden brown.

6. Put the pancakes on a plate and top them with some strawberries and syrup.
